Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

The User must not use the Service:

• to breach applicable law;
• to distribute prohibited information;
• for fraud;
• to carry out attacks, intrusions or scanning of networks;
• to infringe the rights and legitimate interests of third parties;
• to distribute malicious software or spam.

2. Fair use of the subscription

A subscription is provided for the User's personal use. The User must not:

• transfer, publish, give away or resell access to the Service, a subscription, or an account to third parties;
• use a single subscription on more devices at once than the applicable plan allows, or circumvent that limit;
• build a service of their own on top of the Service, or provide third parties with access to the Service, including as a public proxy or relay node;
• generate automated or other load disproportionate to personal use, where it degrades the Service for other users;
• register multiple accounts in order to obtain trial access again or to circumvent a restriction placed on the Service.

3. Responsibility and consequences

3.1. The User is personally responsible for their own actions when using the Service.

3.2. The Administration may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service, without compensation, if this Policy is breached.
